How to Take Your Foot Impressions:

Once you've completed the purchase transaction for your custom orthotics, a mold impression kit will be sent to you. When you receive your kit, follow the easy steps below:

• Open the impression kit and make sure that all necessary items are included
• Take out the Impression Pillow
• Place one foot on the Impression Pillow
• Stand with even weight on both feet and your knees slightly bent
• Hold this position for at least one minute
• Repeat the process for the other foot
• Put the completed impressions back in the kit
